Village saves and settings

Edo Mura stores village progress, resident records, sound and display preferences, and focus-timer records in your browser’s localStorage. The app does not automatically send this save data to the site operator’s server.

Exported backups are downloaded as JSON files to your device. Restoring reads the file you select within your browser. You can remove stored data through your browser’s settings for this site.

Services used to deliver the site

The public site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request information to deliver content and provide security. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details.

Page fonts, images and programs are loaded locally or from this site. No external font service, social-media embeds or analytics code have been added.

Advertising and cookies

Google AdSense and other advertising code have not been added. This site’s app code does not currently set cookies for advertising or personalized ads. We may introduce Google AdSense in the future.

How information may be used if advertising is introduced

Google and other third-party advertising providers may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on visits to this site and other websites. Depending on your settings and consent, these technologies may help display ads relevant to your interests.

Information used for Google advertising may include page requests, IP addresses, browser information, cookie identifiers and activity on partner sites. See How Google uses information for advertising for details.

Your advertising choices

You can manage or turn off personalized Google ads in My Ad Center. Where supported, choices for other providers are available through YourAdChoices. Browser settings can also manage cookies. Turning off personalized ads does not necessarily remove all ads.

If advertising is introduced, this policy will be updated to reflect the actual providers and consent arrangements. If analytics services are introduced, their purpose, collected information and available choices will also be added here.
